Practice Policies
Welcome to Parade Wellness! We’re committed to creating a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all clients. Please review the following practice policies so we can work together with clarity, mutual respect, and clear expectations.
Appointments & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! However, we ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a full session fee, unless due to illness or emergency.
-
No-shows will also be charged the full fee.
-
Repeated late cancellations may require a discussion about scheduling needs and fit.
No Unscheduled Guests
To protect client confidentiality and ensure therapeutic effectiveness, we do not permit unscheduled guests to attend any sessions.
-
If you’d like to include a partner, friend, or family member in a session, please discuss this with your therapist in advance to ensure appropriateness and consent.
-
This includes both in-person and virtual sessions.

Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
-
We accept [credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, etc.].
-
Clients using out-of-network benefits may request a superbill.
