What is a “whole-person” approach?A whole-person approach means we recognize that mental, emotional, physical, relational, and social aspects of life are all interconnected. Our goal is to support you in every part of your wellness journey—not just one isolated issue.

What ages do you work with?We work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. Services like transition support, executive functioning coaching, and premarital counseling are tailored to life stages and specific needs.

What is Transition Support?Our transition services are tailored for young adults—especially those with developmental disabilities—who are preparing for more independence. We cover life skills, social development, career prep, and more, with fun, supportive coaching for both clients and caregivers.

What makes your premarital counseling different?Our premarital counseling is playful, practical, and research-informed. We use Gottman Method tools to help couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and align values—so you start marriage with a strong, connected foundation (and a few laughs along the way).

What is Recreational Therapy?Recreational Therapy uses fun, goal-oriented activities like art, movement, games, and outdoor engagement to support emotional, physical, and social well-being. It’s therapy—but with more play and creativity!

Do you take insurance?We are currently do not accept insurance but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact us to verify your specific coverage or explore payment options.

What is a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a personalized document that can provided to you upon request before your treatment begins, offering a transparent and detailed projection of the costs associated with your wellness journey. Our GFE is crafted with care, ensuring you understand the estimated financial investment for the services you're interested in or have been recommended, such as individual therapy, couples counseling, or any of our specialized wellness programs. This estimate includes a breakdown of expected charges for each service, empowering you to make informed decisions about your care without surprise expenses. It reflects our commitment to transparency, trust, and your peace of mind, allowing you to focus fully on your path to wellness.
