Disability Consulting: Accessible Strategies for Success in School & Work
Parade Wellness provides personalized, affirming support for navigating college, work, and daily life with clarity and confidence. Services focus on understanding rights, requesting and maintaining accommodations, and developing practical strategies for organization, advocacy, and self-awareness.
Support may also include preparing for and attending meetings with schools, disability services, or employers to ensure access needs are clearly communicated and respected. Through collaborative planning and accessible tools, clients strengthen executive function skills, learn to communicate effectively, and feel empowered to ask for — and receive — the support they deserve.
This work is about building confidence, fostering independence, and creating sustainable systems for success in school, at work, and beyond.
Advocating for yourself doesn’t have to feel overwhelming - together, we’ll turn challenges into confidence, clarity, and lasting independence.

Guidance for requesting, maintaining, and enforcing accommodations in academic or workplace settings. Support may include preparation for — or presence during — meetings with professors, disability services, or HR staff to ensure clear communication and follow-through.
